Thank you for your message and that on the Hosmer Board.

Apart from local street maps, I have not seen it documented that there is a Road/Street in Wadhurst, Kent, UK, named 'Osmers Hill'. Wadhurst is the next village to Ticehurst. I have not yet found any info as to when/how this road got the name but one assumes that it goes back to the 1500/1600's.

I am working on this but if you have any info I would welcome it.

The location can be seen by going to: www.streetmap.co.uk -enter Post code TN56QJ & search. You should see 'Osmer Hill' clearly marked. You can zoom to see this in context of the surrounding area. In particular, on max zoom you should see the Wadhurst/Ticehurst/Hawkhurst relationship.
