My great great grandfather was Frank William Otte.He was born in 1853 and died Jan 21, 1918 in Quincy, Adams County, IL.I don't know who his parents were or where he was born.I have a lot more information about his descendants that I would be happy to share if this is the Frank Otte you are looking for.
