I have Otto Paeth (~1870, GER-12/27/1919, Chicago) married to Ida O. Krüger (~1879, Rosenow, GER-12/01/1920, Chicago). I estimate they married in Rosenow about 1900. Ida was my maternal grandmother's sister, both of whom were born in Rosenow.
Their children were: Henrietta (09/11/1904, Chicago-07/1986, Summit, IL); William (10/09/1908, Chicago-02/1971, Summit, IL); and Leslie (09/22/1910, Chicago-03/1974, Glen Ellyn, IL).
Henrietta married George St.Germain (09/14/1898, Summit, IL-04/1983, Summit, IL). They were married in about 1925 in Chicago. Their child was Helen, born about 1928, probably in Chicago. George was my 1st cousin, once removed.
William married Johanna Krueger (born about 1910). I don't know where she was born, nor do I know when and where she died. They were married on 11/12/1883 in Chicago.
Leslie married Lucille (UNK), 10/03/1911, Chicago-11/1983, Carol Stream, IL). They were married in about 1935 in Chicago.
It is very possible that there is a Michigan connection somewhere. George St.Germain's brother was my uncle; my uncle owned a farm near Howard City, MI. My grandmother (Anna Krüger lived on that farm after she married my grandfather, Henry William Bollnow. The Paeths, Kruegers, St.Germains and Bollnows were closely connected. The Kruegers and Bollnows came from northern Germany - Krueger from Rosenow and Bollnow from Neuenpleen.
