sicilian origins of NYC Parisi family

Family patriarch,Joseph, came to USA from Augusta, Sicily around the turn of the century. Settled in NYC and had a clothing manufacturing business before WWII. Believe there may be relations in NJ with the spelling Parise. Family has clustered around NYC-Long Island and Westchester.Anyone who believes there might be a connection is invited to reply.
