I have just found the correspondence on the Parnalls of Padstow and have a few notes to add on Edward Parnall, son of Andrew and Patty Parnall, born Padstow, 1795. After the death of his first wife, Celia Martin, in 1837, Edward married Jane Williams, daughter of Commander Peter Williams RN of Underwood, Devon, in 1839. Celia Parnall and her daughter, Martha Ann (1825-1829), are both buried in Padstow. Edward and Jane moved to Liverpool some time in the 1840s and appear on the 1851 Census there, where he is described as a 'Commission Agents Accountant'. Two of his children appear in the 1881 Census: Edward Andrew Parnall, aged 59, living with his wife, Emma, in Swansea, and Emilia Wesley Parnall, aged 54,living in London with her husband, James Henry Thomas, whom she married in 1852.
