I hope that I have not misrepresented the situation. On the website there is free information plus photo. Many people are delighted to obtain an original parchment document (mostly they are signed by the relative and contain wax seals and revenue stamps).Almost always people say it is an informative and interesting site.Alternatively we offer a transcription service which takes up to two hours to do for each unique document. Most of the familychest documents are not available elsewhere in any shape or form.It is expensive to buy and rescue these documents.Putting them into a database, photographing and then updating the webite, takes many days each month. This is not a business, it is a hobby that assists other family history researchers.I attend family history fairs when I can, and the (thousands) of documents are available FREE for people to look at and make notes.Any profit from selling a document is ploughed straight back to buy and rescue more documents.Sorry I could not help you.Brenda.
