The Manor of the Grove was held of the manor of Cassiobury, Hertfordshire.
My interest in these folks is the HEYDON family. I am trying to figure out if any of these persons are related to the Heydons.I think I have heard the de Brittewells are related.They own the Grove from before 1400 to 1602, with some times in between when they did not own it...I have a picture of the Manor House with 47 bedrooms!Happy to share...
