Regarding the children of Antoine Antaya Pelletier and Séraphine Toupin, I have been able to advance my research:
Charles was born in 1825, but he died in February 1827; he is not the same individual who settled in Belle Prairie, Minnesota, and married Elizabeth King [for info regarding the husband of Elizabeth King, contact Donald Pelkey Miller].
Philippe was born in 1827, and died in Gardner, Massachusetts, in February 1892; he is there only child to survive to adulthood.
Rose-de-Lima was born in 1829, and died in 1841.
Séraphine is born in 1831, and died that same year.
Finally, Eliza, born in 1832, lived four days.
Now, as for the children of Philippe Pelletier and Julie Lemaire:
Charles E. Pelkey remarried in 1920 in Lowell, MA, to Mathilda Verge. He died in 1944, and she followed the next year. Still, it seems that Charles never had any children.
Oscar G. Pelkey's son William Charles Pelkey married twice: (1) Ethyl Grace Morrison 6 October 1902 in Providence, Rhode Island; they divorced about 1919; she was the daughter of Burton Erastus Morrison and Nellie S. Davis, and was born 4 November 1880 in Haverhill, Massachusetts; they had at least two daughters: Dorothea Morrison Pelkey (born 7 August 1904 in Providence; died October 1977 in Rumford, Rhode Island; she married Frank Mower Waterman 12 June 1926 in Providence) and Jane K. Pelkey (born about 1916 in Providence, Rhode Island). (2) Evelyn Josephine Healy 18 November 1920 in Providence, Rhode Island; she was the daughter of Welcome T. Healy and Clara E. Blood, and was born 20 January 1885 in East Providence, Rhode Island; she died 19 October 1936 in Providence, Rhode Island. William Charles Pelkey died in Providence in 1944.

Léna Bélisle, born 11 November 1881 in Pembroke, New Hampshire; died before 1952, likely in Lowell, Massachusetts. She married Ernest S. Verge 21 August 1921 in Lowell, Massachusetts, and had a daughter, Eva Verge, born about 1922 in Providence, Rhode Island.
Éva Albina Bélisle, born 13 October 1885 in Pembroke, New Hampshire ; died 11 August 1886 in Pembroke, New Hampshire, of cholera infantum .
