I'm late getting back to you, so I'll post for the entire group.
Though I have been unable to prove it conclusively, I am convinced that Frederick Pendarvis was father of the Pendarvis siblings who pettitoned the state of SC in 1851 and won the escheated estate of the illegitemate man John Parker. They claimed to be John Parker's nearest of kin, and were up against the entire St. George District Community. It seems that the community, including all known Pendarvises besides those petitioning, thought the estate should escheat.
These siblings were of the right age to belong to Frederick and by default can belong to no one else.
They are: William b1800-1810 Jacob b1810-1811, father of at least 3 children by Hannah. John b1813, father of at least 2 children by Mary. George W. bca1820, moved to GA, MS, KS, and IL. Thomas b1824-1825 Mary b 1807-1820, married Mr. Terry?, and lastly Frederick Fleger.
Most lived in the city of Charleston, and I believe have left descendants. There mother was called Ann, and was perhaps a later wife or Dicey by another name.
