Here is the abstract that was sent to me in regards to William Pendarvis.I do believe at this time the William under 21 was MY William who died 1845 in Nassau County.

Will of James Pendarvis, St. Pauls Parish, Charleston Dist., planter.Son:William, deceased. Daus. Elizabeth Mary Smith; Ann Perry.Grandsons:William Pendarvis, all my lands at Beach Hill at 18 years; son [not named} toward the end of the will "William Eckells and son-in-law Samuel Perry and act as such for estate of Son William, deceased, and guardians of 2 grandchildren William and Ann Pendarvis.
NOTE:I have this in photo .jpg form if anyone wants a copy.D: 22 Aug 1796 probated 5 July 1797 recorded p. 403.
This fits with the age of my William ( b. c.1784 ) who died in Nassau County, Florida.I asked the person who provided these wills to send me only the SC wills that mentioned a William for this time period. These were the only 2.
The James in Alachua County is most likely a son of James in this will ( not mentioned ) BUT of course I am not sure of this and cannot prove it.NO doubt there was a close relationship to my William, James, George and the other Pendarvis of Georgia and Florida.
