Dear Father Lopez,
I do appologize for slowness in my replying to you but truth be told,I have only some knowledge at this time about my past. This is the reason I had refered you to Jill. She seems to have alot of knowledge and her ancestors too have resided in Queens N.Y. She also has helped me out with some iformation of my "CLAN". I can only go back to Luke Pentony and Catherine who were my Great Grandparents. I am not to sure were they are Burried but I do know my Grandparents are buried in cavalry cemetary.... Aloyiusis and Ellen Pentony. My Father was an only child as his parents died when he was very young... Well i do know of a new website that has opened upthat lets you see info on your ancestors who immigrated to America and gives you info about .... the ship name, age, occupation, where departed, and who payed fr the passage.... if you know who it was who immigrated here this is the place to see it.... unfortunately the records are only from the dates 1892-1924.... There is documentation that the earliest Pentony to Enter the U.S. was John Pentony in 1852...
well the site is..
www.ellisislandrecords.org
hope some of this helps you find out what we are all looking for and hope to find...
Robert Pentony
