Margaret Perino Possibly from New Jersey

My Grandmothers's, Mother's name was Margaret Perino. She married Martin Marconi, and had two children, Louise and Bruno.We all ended up in Bureau County, IL. I would like to find out from which Perino family I descend from. thank you!
