John Perrin received the grant to Mountain Tract, Two Springs and I Am Lost in 1762. Upon his death in 1769, his sons sold the estate to Basil Williams. In 1791 Williams sold parcels to Charles Willison, Richard Willison, Wm Willison, John Constable and Nathan Robinette.
In 1801 Wm. Willison purchased 50 acres of the tract from Moses Robinette.
The "I Am Lost" tract was approximately 400 acres.
