Sorry about the lateness of this reply. Nowhere have I found a Phillip Perrott/Perrot/Parott.Early church records often show the letter "e" as it's mirror image which can look like and thought to be the letter "a", hence Parrott.
Tewkesbury is a fair way from Beverstone where my Perrotts hail from.
Checking the registration of the birth of Perrott's and variations nationwide between the start of civil registration (Sept qtr 1837) and Dec. qtr 1850 via freebmd at http://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.plhttp://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl reveals not one Phillip P. birth; so where did your info.about many come from and are you sure of its provenance?
