Those who have searched unsuccessfully for (or discover herein that they have misidentified) the parents of John4 Cole of Rehoboth, Massachusetts (m. Swansea 25 Oct. 1722, Mercy Perry), will be interested to know that he was the son of John3 Cole (John2, James1) and Mary (Lewis).
