You were writing about Twyla Y. Personette, daughter of William and Edith Personette. I must say, the name Twyla hardly rings a bell, because we always called her Aunt Yvonne (I guess she went by her middle name with the Personette part of the family). Aunt Yvonne is my great-aunt, sister to my grandmother Frances Personette Eavenson. Frances is still alive and living in Boise, and we could verify some of the dates and names with her if you would like. William and Edith Personette had a farm just south of Parma Idaho for many years. I believe they still owned it at the time of William's death. They had eleven children; Lois Personette Pickle, Pearl, Anna, June, Frances Personette Eavenson, Yvonne, Ruth, Keith, Kenneth, Pat (called Wayne by the family)and Marion. Most of Frances' children were born there on the farm.
Lois married a man named Pickle, had a son John and a daughter Lisa Pickle Boron and lived in Boise Idaho at the time of her death.
Pat (Wayne) married Audrey Shutes and now lives in Nampa, Idaho. Their oldest daughter Joyce (Personette) Bowman, who lives in Boise, helps organize the family reunions.
Frances married James Vining Eavenson and they had six children: Ralph Duane Eavenson who lives in Auburn, California (he is my father) James Eavenson who lives near Twin Falls, Idaho, Irene Eavenson Bohlmeyer (deceased) William Forrest Eavenson who lives in Missouri, Mary Eavenson who lives in Boise,Idaho (her daughter Amy also helps organize the reunions) and David Eavenson of Missouri.
I have also heard that there is a Personette Family website and a chat-room,for the children of William and Edith Personette but I haven't been able to find them. This is my first search, so I'll have to keep trying.
Thanks for including your information. It is always nice to see something about your own family on the Internet.
