I am one of a group working on an official history of the Wisconsin 23rd Regiment . One of our men is Thomas Phegley, son of Leo Phegley & Mary. He enlisted 12 Aug 1862 at Spring Green, Sauk Co. WI.
WE have his siblings & their birth dates.
We need maiden name for Mary, and birth death burial data for both Leo & Mary.
How did Thomas get to Wisconsin & when.Did Leo & Mary come too?
