N 79° E 18 Perch/ thence SE thro the Middle of the Orchard 20 Deg. 137 Perch. to the Nursery, thence S 34° E 29 Perch. thence N 50° W 44 Perch. thence into the Woods N 48° E 67 Perch. to a Black Oak Sapling thence along the Line of 100 acres N by E 25 Perch. to the Begining Containing 75 Acres of Land and also one Equal undivided Moiety or half part of 21 acres of Marsh Joining on Salem Creek Lying & being as afs'd.
