Re: Phippen - England to Tennessee - 1860's

In any of your info, have you seen a marriage between ? French male and ? Phippen female? The reason I ask is that it has come to my attention that Carrie Lee Phippen Goodlett probably had a 1st or 2nd cousin named Julia French (her mother may have been a Phippen) who married John Houck of the O.K. Houck Piano Co. with offices in several southern cities (Memphis, Nashville, St. Louis etc). Julia died in Memphis in 1927 or 28 & willed to Carrie (her cousin so stated in the will) some small sum of money since Carrie was divorced with two children and having a hard time. I am trying to figure the exact connection. Thanks for your help.
