I found Black Jack Cemetery in Sardis Panola Co MS. It is not far above Enid Lake where my great aunt, Minnie Sims Pipkin was born.
Regarding Elizabeth Pipkin: W/O means "wife of", so Elizabeth was the wife of Stewart Pipkin. I did find them listed on the 1850 US Census of Panola Co MS. The Black Jack Cemetery is in Sardis Panola Co MS.
1850 US Census of Panola Co MS Name: Stewart Pipkin, Age: 61,Birth Year: abt 1789, Birthplace: NC,Home in 1850:Dist. 13, Panola, Mississippi, Gender: Male, Family Number: 287,Household Members: Stewart Pipkin 61,Elizabeth Pipkin 57,Francis M Pipkin 27,Martha M Pipkin 18,John W Pipkin 11.
Regarding Margaret Augusta Morris Pipkin: Margaret Augusta Pipkin was married to Frances Marion Pipkin who was born on 21 Sep 1822 in Wayne Co NC. He was still a child and his family was in TN in 1830 and moved on to Batesville Panola Co MS by 1850, That appears to be their final home. Frances Marion Pipkin is also buried in Black Jack Cemetery.
This Pipkin family seems to have some ancestors in common with my great aunt, but there are differences too. I am not certain, but suspect somewhere in the distant past they are both related.
