Scarlett - please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to exchange more info.I was interested in the list of children you gave for William and Emma Sharron (they changed the last name from one R to two Rs when they moved down to CT, at least that is what my greatgrandmother told my mother). My grandfather always mentioned a sister Dorothy, but we never found any trace. Could this be the Doritha Vivien you mentioned?Where did you get the birth date of Jan 17, 1902?Was she born in Vergennes, VT too? Also, where did you get the middle name Pearl for Theresa?
Also, you are right - in French, a charron is a cartwright or wheelwright.Just a coincidence, but one of William's brothers, Peter Sharon, was a wheelwright!
We think William's grandmother's name was Mary Ann Plude, but are still researching for other connections.Parents of William were Ramah Charron / Plude and Marie Virginie Daigneau (they are buried in St Peter's cemetery in Vergennes, VT). Do keep in touch.Nancy
