Stevenson), and bequeathed by him to Andrew STEVENSON, his grandson, after the death of Margaret his wife, by will dated 15 Sep 1748**, recorded in Augusta (Co., VA) but John PAUL and Mary (PAUL ?) were the true proper heirs of said Andrew BAXTER; corner Borden's tract. ........................
