I believe that 464a-d are always listed in ascending order. A change from 14 to 15 by either 464c or d in a person who was 11 14 14 15 would yield the results 11 14 15 15. This means that the possibility of coincidence is very high in my opinion. 570 is also a rapidly moving marker, so you also have a high probability of separate lines having the same marker. While this could be a distinct lineage, I don't think it would be worth it for someone to spend a lot of time looking for a closer common ancestor for this group.
