I think I have a connection.My fiance's grandmother is Esther Primmer Phillips. She was born in 1908 in Piatt County, Illinois and has lived around Urbana/Champaign during her adult life.She is the oldest child of Edward Primmer and Clara Ruch.I am interested in any information on Edward Primmer as this is all I know.
