Jesse P. Pulley and his wife, Mary Susan (Rasco) Pulley are buried in the Manrey Cemetery near the community of Agnos, Arkansas. It has been several years since I was there. A Jasper Pulley, who lived near by took me to the cemetery and pointed out some old graves without a headstone and said there were the graves of Jesse and Mary. It is my understanding that Mel Pulley has since had some new headstones placed on these graves. I have not seen these. Agnos is down in the south eastern part of Fulton County Arkansas.
Your other question about who was the Jesse Rasco listed in the 1830 census of Dallas County Alabama, He was an uncle of Mary Susan (Rasco) Pulley, a brother to her father Laban Taylor Rasco 1st. His full name was Jesse Harrell Rasco and was the first Rasco to bear this name. Mary Susan had a brother named Jesse Harrell Rasco as well and he was named after this uncle. Jesse Harrell Rasco 1st died in 1840 in Dallas County Alabama. A couple of his children remained in Alabama but most of his other children moved to Louisiana and Texas.
