I think that my ancestry comes from that same line.Your great-great grandfather was Lawrence Pye, b. 1842.The list of his siblings nearly coincides with the list I have of my great-grandfather (Joseph Pye) and his siblings.
Starting with the parents of those siblings: Joseph Pye (b 22May1817)(d 20Mar1899) married c. 1840 Alice Pye (b18??) (d1???)
This list of children I have for them are as follows (and I don't know if someone who gave me this info thought this was the order, as there aren't a lot of exact dates)
*Lawrence Pye(no dates)(but this may be your g-g-grandfather).Three daughters. One was named Alice. She married a man who died in the 1920s, and they had had a daughter born in 1914.Alice married again, about 1930, to a Thomas Pye, who died in the 1940s.That Thomas Pye had also previously been married to (gets confusing!) another Alice Pye.This last Alice Pye was b1881, d. 1927, and she was an older sister of my maternal grandfather.
* Richard Pyeno dates * Joseph Pye (b 13 Dec 1846)(d Dec 1921)The December 13th birthdate coincides with the one in your list, but I have 1846 rather than 1848.This Joseph Pye was my great-grandfather. married 11 June 1872 Catherine Gifford(b 2 Jan 1851) (d 6 July 1920) They lived at a farm called Lower Emmetts near Abbeystead, Lancashire. They had ten children, the seventh of whom was my grandfather, father of my mother.
* William Pyeno dates * Isabella Pyeno dates * Dorothy Pyeno dates * Alice Pyeno dates * Thomas Pye no dates.Married Annie Mason
* James Pye d. about 1934 married in the 1870s Mary Martin (1850-1947)
I have further info on the families/descendants of Richard, Thomas and James, as well as Joseph (my branch).I also have information back further into the past past the parents Joseph and Alice.
