Today's Sunbeam,Salem, N.J.,Wednesday, August 15,2001W. Frank Quinnette,Sr.,79,of Alloway died Monday in South Jersey Hospital,Bridgeton,New Jersey. Born in Minnesota, he had lived most of his life in Alloway.He was the son of the late W. Franklin and margaret Westfall Quinnette. Mr. Quinnette was employed by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority as a toll collector before retiring. He was a US navy Veteran of WWII and a Pearl Harbor survivor. He was a member of the Alloway Senior's Group, Salem County Rotary Club, American Legion in Woodstown where he was a past chaplain and a member of the Pearl Harbor Survivor's Association. Surviving are sons, W. Frank Jr. of Newark, Del., and Mark Charles of Elsinboro; daughters,Michele Quinnette of Santa Cruz, California,Cheri Patitucci of Rosenhayne, NJ; a brother James of Pennsville,NJ; and 6 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Erma in 1992.
