Rackett links with Hampshire,England

I just found this web site - put in "Rackett" in the search engine just to see what came up. My grandmother, Sarah Rackett (99 years old, and still living) has often told me that the family were among the earlist settlers of the North Fork of Long Island, New York, and has shown me just about every Rackett gravesite in the Southhold area. She hasn't mentioned where in England the family might have originated. Just that they came first to the Massachusatts Bay Colony, and dissatisfied with it (for reasons of religion I gather, the family having been then - and still today - Presbyterian), moved to Long Island. I have often been curious about where exactly in England the family originated, but have heard nothing on this. I would be interested in hearing of any link to Hampshire you may uncover.
