Mr. Jerin,
I appreciate very much your assistance. This is what I know.My great-grandparents were Dragic Radulovich andTheadora (Macesk, Matasik, Macsi or Macich). From what I can gather, they were both born in or around Vonich, Yugoslavia. They were married in 1899 in Yugoslavia.Dragic or "Dragon/Dragic Dokich" as he was called, was born 9/9/1884 in Yugoslavia, and died in 1954 in PA.Theadora or "Yeka" as she was called, was born in March of 1884 in I beleive Yugoslavia, and died in 1961 in PA.
I remember my grandfather telling me that Dragic's fathers name was "VASO."Too, I remember a brief story that my grandfather's sister used to tell me.She said that tracking the family was near impossible because, during some time of conflict, the whole family was gathered up in a barn and executed. She also said that the church with all the family records was burned.
This is about all I know, except for the info on the siblings of my grandfather.
I hope this information will allow you to help me a little better.
Again, I sincerely appreciate your assistance. My family heritage is very important to me, as I married a Russian Orthodox woman, and converted to the Orthodox religion as was my grandfather's family.
Thank you,
Samuel Harmon
