William Rasco died in 1806. Records of his estate settlement were recorded in Steward County Tennessee although he and his syblings own land and houses in Christian and that part of Christian County Kentucky which later became Trigg County Kentucky. They also owned properties in Steward County and other Tennessee Counties. The Rscoe family had came to Sumner County Tennessee in the Fall of 1794, later moving into Robertson and Mongomery Counties before moving to Christian County about 1800.
At that time this was a wild western frontier. Finding the exact burial site of Captain William Rascoe at this late date may be impossible. His grave may have been on what is today Fort Cambell or perhaps under the lakes in the area. More then likely William Rascoe never had a stone headstone in the first place.
