I haven't been able to figure out this puzzle. Does anyone know who the parents of Elizabeth Reynor (b. ~ 1614) are.She married Thomas Southworth in Plymouth 1 Sep 1641.Numerous sources list her as the daughter of Rev. John Reynor (b. ~1605 Gildersome, d. 1669 Dover, NH).Due to the birth year that doesn't seem possible, yet numerous reliable sources make this connection (Listed below).Does anyone know the answer to this puzzle?!

"5. Tradition has it that Reyner was the brother of Gov. Bradford's wife, the former Mrs. Alice (Carpenter) Southworth. This cannot be so ... The tradition is undoubtedly based on confusion arising from the fact that Alice Bradford's son by her first marriage, Thomas Southworth, married Elizabeth Reyner, the pastor's daughter." p. 474
