"Hi Scott,
I think both Jane Burton's were the daughters of Richard Burton, but only the first one, born ca 1754, was associated with the Reeves line. Jane Burton, born 1763/5 came to her marriage to Trent in 1792 as a Burton.
As to the William Osborne, son of "Tine" Osborne, and a Betsy Tyler ( ? Taylor ), that fits fairly closely to the Enoch Osborn of Hawkins Co TN, who was born in Va 1790-1800, and I think, a brother to James Burton(Osborne )/Trent. "Tip, or Tipton seems to be a nickname for Enoch. Enoch Osborn of Hawkins Co TN had a dau Jane ( named a son Tipton ), and a son William. The father of Enoch Osborn and His ? brother James B. Trent was, almost certainly, Enoch Osborn of Grayson Co Va ( son of Jonathan )--- maybe he went by the name "Tip ". Over years "Tip " got corrupted to " Tine".
Charles O. "
