at Robert Niersbach, because this family has no provable relation to the Reinardy's from belgium:
The Reinardi-family from Bitburg was in fact relatet with the Niersbach-family.
Anna Clara Nerschbach (or Niersbach) had been baptized on 3-1-1671 at Bitburg as daughter of Theodor. She married Heinrich Reinardi on 10-21-1696 (not 1701!) at Bitburg. I know of six children (with names and dates) and a second marriage of Heinrich in 1708. So Anna Clara must have died between 1705 and 1708.
There had been also Niersbach godparents: 4-11-1698 Johann Anton Nerschbach represented by Johann Mathias Nerschbach for Johannn Anton Reinardi. 2-27-1700 Antonia Nerschbach for Mathias Reineri. 12-27-1704 Anna Catharina Nerschbach for Johann Wilhelm Reineri.
Maria Christina, born 1735, is the third child of Johannn Wilhelm Reinardi, born 1704.
Theodor, born 1733, is the fifth child of J.Anton Reinardi, born 1698.
Details on godparents, until now, are missing for those in my database. But I'll be able to check them, if you'd like to.
On this map you will find the village called Herforst, and that it is located next to Niersbach, not far from Bitburg or Röhl where lived more Reinardis:
