Charlene,
Just checking some of your past posts regarding the Reinharts, you have atleast a few notes on some of those who settled in & around central Illinois. The names & dates don't specifically line up but I was hopeful you have more information than what you've posted (& maybe you've posted it & I haven't seen it).
My GGGreat Grandfather was Benedict Kneer (b. Mar. 20, 1832: Wuerttemberg , Germany-d. Nov. 17, 1911:IL)
-came to America in 1850 at age 18; American citizenship in 1853 at age 21; eventually settled in Monica, IL
He married Elizabeth Louise Reinhart (b. 1839:Germany–d. Apr. 17, 1882) (m. Dec. 1, 1856)
-daughter of Anna Reinhart (b. 1800:Germany–d. 1884) of the Catholic Faith, had a sister Caroline (b. 1837-d. Apr. 16, 1880 Age 46y 4m 24d) (Mrs. Philip Kellstadt- d. Aug 28, 1906 Age 72y 2m)
+buried in Calvary Cemetery, Brimfield, IL
This is unfortunately all I know.I know Anna was a widow, but to who?And was she related to the family of Nicholas of just a couple miles away?
Please help!Thanks,
ANDREW
