Dear Norma, My name is John R. Renz, Direct decendant of John E. Renz from Stuartguard Germany. He was a clock maker and blacksmith. He got his supply of wood from the Black Forest. I'm not sure when he immograted to usa ( late 1800's early 1900's) but I am also related directly to the Renz's at the Renz Chaple in Washington, Pa. Eugene and Josephine Renz were my fathers Aunt and Uncle. On my fathers side John E. Renz was his grandfather. John E. Renz had a son names Harry Renz, My grand father on my dads side. My father was born October 4, 1915. He married Dorthy Marie Macky of Washington, Pa. My father had three brothers, Harry of Long Beach Ca. Clintof Washington now deciesed. And John who died at birth. He also had two sisters ( my Aunts) Elsie who died at birth and Bessie who is also now deciesed as far as I know. Burried in the Chaple mossileum are Anthony, Todd, Eugene, Josephine, Frank. I have to go to Chapel mossileum to see who all is there. My fathers father was known as ( Shorty)Renz. He also was a blacksmith. My father's name is Glenn E. Renz WW 2 Veterian.Battle of the Bulge. My uncle Harry worked at the theater known as The Idle Hour in washington, Pa. My Uncle Clint operated a gasstation in Wolfdale Pa.. But yes I and the rest of the Renzs are related to the ones burried at the Chaple mossileum. My eldist sister is doing a family tree of all our ancesters. I will check with her for infomation.
