I just did some researching on my Richeson lines in Pike County, Indiana This came from Louetta Richeson Coberly in the History of Pike county.
In the middle 1800's Glenmore Richeson and Sarah Walker Richeson joines a wagon train leaving TN for IN They settled near Coe and are buried in New Liberty Cemetery.
Son: William J.Richeson b.Indiana married Sarah E. Fettinger of Winslow had the following six children Audie, Elsie, Dona, Clydia, Charles, and Harold.
Harold married Maude Doerges of Old Hartwell.They lived in Augusta till 1926 Harold worked the Hartwell mines. and owned a barber shop in Augusta, they had (9) children: Willard, Louetta, Warren, Charles, George, Wilford, Mabel, Blythe, and Clydia(died young). For personal reasons they sold the property in 1929 and Maude took the children west. Teier destination was Hudson South Dakota, All the children except Willard and Louetta remained in the west. Willard married Ival Elder lived in Augusta children were: James, Harold, Cathy, Donald Ray, Ival died when Harold and Donald were very young and they went to school in Boys Town where they graduated.
Louetta married her beau in 1936 and lived in Demotte, Indiana children were: George of Fort Worth TX, Gerald of Mesa AZ, James Kouts,Indiana, Doris of northern Michigan, Ruth of Demotte, IN, and Mildred Kouts, IN
Warren married Mikie Pancake was a teacher and worked in oil fields, children were: Geno and Joyce lived in Spearman, TX
Charles married Thelma Johnson, they lived in MO he was a truck driver, children: DeWayne, Cheryl, Beverly(died in infancy)
George married Winnie Hamersma they parented 7 childrenhe worked as a farmer and carpenter,
Wilford served in the Army in WWII married a LIllie while he was stationed in Fort Sill, OKchildren: Wilford and Dennis after the war he was a farmer and shipbuilder.
Blythe, married Gladys Vertel and lived in Mason City, IA. children 2 boys and 1 girl. he worked as a steeple Jack and was killed while working in Fort Wayne.

my line comes from Elsie she is my great grandmother.
