Very interesting, since I am also researching the Ricker's of Easton, PA. I have noticed several Ricker's in Easton in the 1880 census where I found my great grandfather Charles W. Ricker, born in Easton Apr. 12,1853. He and his wife Elizabeth Mahon had six children, May, William, Frank, Russell, Clarence (my gf)and Stanly.
I'm searching for Charles W's parents and may have found them in the 1860 census but can not be sure if its them. I'll have to get some documentation on my Charles that will show his parents names. I'm going to try to get a copy of his marriage certificate from the court house in Easton. The ones I found in the 1860 census is William S. Ricker married to Susan who had a son Charles born to them in 1853, but I can't just guess at it. As you mentioned all the Ricker's were carpenters as were my uncles. I'm sure all of the Ricker's in that area are related in some way or another as you and I may be. If you would like to correspond and shae notes, e-mail me at dennispall at aol. Good luck, Dennis
