I don't think anyone knows where Joseph RINKER or his wife Elizabeth are buried.
Joseph RINKER died of pneumonia shortly after moving into the new house in Neola, Monroe Co., PA in 1829 reportedly because it was wet.The Rinker family was very prominent in the area. They donated a section of their land for the building of the Neola Church. Joseph also built a cemetery opposite the church.Later this land was owned by the Reimel family.
I have contacted a number of people who have very good cemetery records of Monroe County and none have Joseph RINKER listed. My guess is that no marker or headstone exist where ever he is buried.
The birth date of Joseph RINKER is uncertain.Probably his father is Abraham RINKER who lived in Lehigh County. There are many RINKER families in Lehigh County. It is uncertain who are the syblings of Joseph.
I will email you a copy of my working-papers on the RINKERS.
Which child of Hannah RINKER is your descendant?I am collecting data on all the descentants of Joseph RINKERS.
