Ellinor G. Rogan 25 appears in the 1930 census as married about one year and living as a boarder with Adda Ely in Fort Morgan, CO. Her parents were born in Canada and Iowa. Meanwhile Jack Rogan 23 is living as a boarder in Denver and was married about 1 year. It looks like they had an early separation.
The 1920 census has John B. 17 as the son of Mrs John Rogan 44 living with the rest of the family in Denver. She is listed as married.
The 1880 census shows a John Rogan 10 as the son of Michael 37 & Celia 31 living in Olyphant, Lackawanna County, PA. The same family is in the same location in 1870. The 1900 census lists Michael, born Nov 1839 in Ireland and Celia, born June 1852 in Ireland. By 1910 Cecelia is a widow.
The California Death Index lists a Mary Grace Rogan who was born May 3, 1909 in PA and died in Los Angeles Nov 12, 1980. Her mother's maiden name was Gaffney (I'm assuming Mary never married and this may or may not be the right one).
The 1930 census of Boulder lists a Grace Ledyard 46, married and born in Iowa. Douglas 21, Russel 16 and Dorothy 14 were all born in Canada. Living with them is her widowed father Petit Brockway 89 who was born in PA.

Some of these records you can look at for free at beta.familysearch.org and Ancestry.com. For those you cannot see for free I suggest checking with your local libraries to see if they have Ancestry or Heritage Quest.
With a bit more research you can probably find much more. I suggest getting a copy of John and Grace's marriage record. It may have data on parents which would help to confirm what I found. Death certificates and obituaries also help a great deal. For Lackawanna County check with the Genealogical Research Society of Northeast Pennsylvania in Olyphant to see if they can help you.
