Hi Sandra,
Most of the genealogy on the Internet is about people born before 1900. You may be able to find an obituary for Manuel, which might tell you who survived him - his brothers and sisters and parents. The same for Leo, if you know where and when he died.

If you live near the town where the Rojas lived, the local library may have old city directories. They may tell you where Leo lived and who his neighbors were. They may not. Not everyone was listed in the city directories.
You might also try a post on the GenForum page for the county Manuel lived in, if it was small; someone there who isn't a Rojas may remember him.
