Hello David:
For Peter Ronan B ????, Co. Westmeath, with the father's forename unknown, I found 3 rcds: 1842 Dysart, 1846 Rochfortbridge, and 1870 Delvin RC parishes. Father's respective forenames are Mathew, John, and Andrew.
For Michael Ronan B ????, ditto, I found 15 rcds: one in 1837 Dysart with a father forenamed Mathew, one in 1842 Rochfortbridge with a father forenamed John, but none in Delvin with a father forenamed Andrew.
For Mary Ronan B ????, ditto, I found 17 rcds: one in 1840 Dysart with a father forenamed Mathew, one in 1837 with a father forenamed John, but none in Delvin with a father forenamed Andrew.
From the above, this family originated in either Dysart or Rochfortbridge RC parishes with DOB as noted.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
