Although it wont help you much with your specific query, you may care to keep an eye on the RUNCIMAN One Name Study, and related DNA project, at http://runciman.lornahen.comhttp://runciman.lornahen.com
John and Susan (DONALDSON) RUNCIMAN are there, and represented in the DNA project by all of one person so far - it would be good to get a representtive in the dna project from a different line of descent from John and Susan to confirm the dna signature.
