Sorry, I don't have any info on Armon in my file. That doesn't mean there isn't a connection to another one of Benjamin and Esther Rusco's children, though.
I did come across a reference to Armon that might give you a lead.Seems his bio is included in the book "History of the Fire Lands, comprising Huron and Erie Counties, with illustrations and biographical sketches of some of the prominent men and pioneers," by W. W. Williams, 1837.
"........Barnes, Lydia Barnes, Armon Rusco, SarahRusco. E. B. Nickerson, Nancy Nickerson, Elizabeth Twaddle, Charles and Jennie Blackman, Patience Gifford...(Huron & Erie Co - 1837)"
A couple other notes:
I believe the Benjamin born 1797 is a grandson of the Benjamin b. in CT in 1756.
The Sarah Rusco who is sister to Reuben, Russel and Bennet married Ira Corbin. Her descendants would, of course, be Corbins. Both she and Ira are buried in New York.
