My grandfather is Omar Myrle Ryman who is still living so I will not give his date of birth.
He married my gma Beulah Blossom again, still living so no dates.
Catherine Brown's parents are "unknown at this time". Margaret McNaught's parents are John S. McNaught b. in Ireland married to I believe Elizabeth deVorse or Voris Possibly in Mercer county Pennsylvania.
Zora Blanche Wiley's parents are John Wiley b. 4-6-1843 in Adams Co, Ohio. He married Lizzie Conaway b. 1-4-1847 in Sinking Springs, Ohio 3-26-1865 in Sinking Springs,Ohio.
John Wiley's parents are Samuel Wiley (possibly the son of a John or Samson or Rile Wiley)He married Nancy Turley b. 12-3-1810 (possibly the dau of Samson Turley and Catherine "Kitty" Shoemaker) **[There seems to be some kind of relationship here to Ralph and Ruth Smart of Ohio and possibly that this family line comes from a line of Seamen ~ men who lived by working on ships.]
The parents of Lizzie Conaway b. 1-4-1847 in Sinking Springs, Ohio are Nimrod Conaway b. 1807 Maryland d. 12-28-1896 married abt. 1829 Franklin Twp, Adams, Ohio to Mary Ackerman b. 1814 d 7-4-1899. They are buried in the Sinking Springs Cemetary. It is my understanding from information I have gathered and received that the Nimrod family is related to the Beasman or Baseman family in Maryland. If you need more information, please let me know.
Nimrod Conaway's first wife was Miranda Gillis. They were married on 11-25-1829. It looks like their children's names were: John Thomas, Margaret, & Catherine (or Catharine) and then with his second wife: Solomon, Samuel, Sarah Ann, Susanna(h), Rebecca, Elizabeth, William, Nimrod, Jacob, Mary Eloie (sp?) Most of the information I am sharing has been shared with me.I do not have "direct" sources to verify. It is oral history as I understand it and know to be true. Hopefully this will assist and help to direct those of you where to look for detailed and possibly more accurate information.
