Brooklyn Standard Union July 15, 1918 obit. News of the death of Corporal William SALLER was received to-day by his
sister, Mrs. Joseph REIDE, of Sutter avenue, Middle Village, in a depatch from the War Department, which stated that SALLER died of wounds received in action, June 22. His name is in to-daay's casualty list.Corporal SALLER had been in the army about eight months, as a member of
Company M, Seventh Infantry, and sailed for France early this year. He was twenty-eight years old, and before joining the colors had followed the trade of his deceased father, who was well known throughout Queens as a maarble
cutter and polisher. I am not related.
