Hi!I know there are a few "Salvaggio" lines from Grotte. Here's the information I have on my line... Calogero Salvaggio (b. 1816) married Maria Ciranni (b. 1822).They had the following children - Stefano (b. 1843), Rosario (b. 1846), Anna (b. 1849), Domenica (b. 1851), & Gaetana (b. 1854). I'm a descendant of Rosario Salvaggio.Rosario (listed above) married Vincenza Volpe (b.1854).They had the following children - Calogero (b. 1871), Maria (b. 1876), Giuseppe (b. 1878), Salvatore (b. 1882), Antonio (b. 1884), Rosalia (b. 1889), Pietro (b. 1900). On this second line our family moved from Grotte to Palermo and came to America 1905, 1906 & 1912.Most of our family settled in Brooklyn, NY.But some siblings may have settled else where in the United States. I have birth, marriage, death certificates as well as census records. It would be nice to tie into someone's family one of these days.
