Margaret A Sanders Mississippi

I am looking for any information on Margaret A (maybe Adaline) Sanders born 1856 in Pontotoc, Mississippi.She married William Marion McFarling in 1878 in the same county and moved to Texas by 1880.I need to know who her parents or siblings were.Census reports state that both her parents were born in Mississippi as well.
