"Rosemarie Eaton found the marriage for Agnes Sanders and William Humphreys in 1856, Civil Marriage, Stoke.
In 1841, Agnes was listed as 1 year old, born at Penkhull, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, England.
In 1851, she was listed as 10 years old in the census.
in 1861, she was listed as married with name of Humphreys,but no husband is shown, living with her parents.She had two sons, John and William.Her occupation is shown as Apprentice - Potter's painter.
Not found in 1871 census.
In 1881 census, I found William and Agnes Humphreys living in Cheshire County, England; civil parish of Acton, with children:John 22, William 20, Emily 18, Sarah 11, James 8, Thomas E. 7, Edward 4, and Louisa 2.
In 1881, Agnes's occupation was listed as:Miller's Wife.She was 40 and William was 46, with occupation listed as "Miller".The family lived at Bridge Lane Cottage.Source: RG11/3520; Registration District:Northwich Sub-Registration District:Weaverham Folio: 13, Page 19, GSU#1341843
