From the source "History of the Central Ohio (Methodist) Conference": Amos and Harvey "two brothers, Amos the older brother" pg 70, Thomas H."The brother of Amos"pg72.These two statements lead one to believe"brother"Harvey pg70 and Thomas H.pg72 "the brother of Amos" are one in the same person.Amos left OH and "went west" for a number of years (during the civil war time); returned to OH in the late 1800's where he died after retiring from a medical practice.
