Dear Shirley, My brother has found until now information upto 1813: Cornelis Schuur b:22-9-1813 (CORNILUS?) and was married with first Margaretha Koot and later with Catharina Westerman. I don't know about his brothers and sisters yet. But their (grand-)sons and (grand-)daughters had names like Jacobus, Cornelia Margretha. Most common names in our family sinc 1813 are Cornelis, Johannes, Simon, Jacobus, Maria, Christianus, Adrianus, Wouter or the 'female version' like Jacoba, Cornelia.
Info from before 1800 is more difficult to get, because it was only since emperor Napeleon Bonaparte (1795-1814) that personal data like birth, marriage, death were officially described. Before that period it was depending on Churches etc.
The persons mentioned above all lived in and around Zoeterwoude ('Sweet-Forest') in the Westren part of the Netherlands, near the place Leiden and approx. 20 km North of The Hague.
Hope this info is useful to you and otherwise I hope it was nice to read about history of Schuur and/or the Netherlands.
